This blog on hold
Please note that the administrator of this blog has gone on interchange with another organization. As a result, there will be no posts until further notice.
I have over ten years experience working with Aboriginal organizations. Of these, six years have been focused on working in communications and public relations. For more than two and a half years, I have been using social media to implement integrated communications strategies. I am currently working to promote the health and well-being of First Nations, Inuit and Métis individuals, families and communities at the National Aboriginal Health Organization. I have a BA in Communications and First Nations Studies from Simon Fraser University and spent two years in the Native Studies program at Trent University. I am a past member of the Canadian Public Relations Society (CPRS) and the American Medical Writers Association (AMWA) – Canadian Chapter.
